How much does it cost to book the venue?

Our Wedding Package for 2026 is $5,900. With this package, you’ll enjoy use of the barn for your engagement photos, access to the venue from Thursday to Sunday of your wedding weekend, and a private bridal suite for getting ready and relaxing.

What time can we arrive to set up?

We believe that the full wedding experience should be special and stress-free, so we offer all of our couples the full weekend for set-up. Access to the barn starts Thursday before the event at 12 p.m. You have until 1 pm on Sunday to clean up!

What time of year can we book?

Our typical wedding season runs from May - October. Spring, summer, and fall each have unique qualities that make them beautiful.

How big is the venue?

The barn features two spacious floors, each offering approximately 4,000 square feet. It can comfortably host up to 200 guests for a seated dinner.

Where do people park?

We offer on-site parking for up to 50 vehicles. Additionally, complimentary off-site parking is available for shuttle service nearby, convenient for pick-up and drop-off.

Do you have indoor restrooms?

Yes! There are two restrooms located on the lower level of the barn, including one that is ADA-compliant. While they are not on the same floor as the reception area, we provide a golf cart to assist guests who may have difficulty with stairs, ensuring easy access between levels.

Are tables and chairs included in my rental fee?

Your wedding should reflect your unique style! To give you complete creative freedom, we don’t include tables and chairs in the rental. This allows you to choose pieces that perfectly match your vision. There are fantastic local rental companies with plenty of options — and as a bonus, you can repurpose your ceremony chairs for the reception!

Where can we take pictures during the event?

Our farm spans over 140 acres, offering endless opportunities for stunning wedding portraits. You’ll have access to picturesque creekside views, scenic mountain trails, and rolling hills — the perfect backdrop for unforgettable memories.

What’s available for our caterers?

Plenty of space is available for caterers on our lower level including a sink, two refrigerators, and ample area for food prep. We love working with caterers and ensure they have access to the essentials for your big day. Need help finding the right team? Do you have a bridal suite?

Yes! You and your bridal party can relax in a bright, beautifully appointed room inside the barn. It features cozy couches, ample space for hair and makeup teams, and even a fridge to keep your champagne perfectly chilled!

Can we have a bonfire?

Absolutely! We even provide the firewood, and there’s a fire ring conveniently located beside the barn — perfect for roasting s’mores. Please note that bonfires are weather-dependent and may be restricted during dry seasons for safety reasons.

What if it rains?

We have space indoors for the wedding ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. No matter the rain or wind outside, we’ll keep things bright and comfortable inside with our generators and propane heaters.

Do you rent out the venue for other events?
